STANDARD PROCEDURES FOR PARTY SCHEDULING

SCHEDULING THE PARTY
Currently we schedule classes out a month in advance on Monday, Wednesday, Friday some Saturdays and Sundays. Please call a month in advance to schedule a party so that there will be an open date to hold a private party.

CHARGE FOR FACILITES
There will be a 20.00-hour facility and teaching fee that will be standard for all Birthday Parties. This not only covers teaching but also the clean up involved after having a group parties. We will come to you home to provide party services as well. The price will be basically the same for teaching and travel time.

ORGANIZATIONAL GROUPS
We work with all Organization and Community Groups. We can hold up to 20 students after which we will need to come on site if the party is larger. If you are a Not For Profit Group, we will need your TAX ID to eliminate the tax on the materials and or services provided you.

MATERIAL COST
Cost of the materials will vary based on customer preference. You must come into Beads Of A Feather and clearly discuss the project. If you have already been a customer and know our products and services the finer details can be done over the phone. There will be samples provided for each age group but please keep in mind that this is a sample and the ideas for your party may be unique, a new creative, or a copied piece of ours. We are flexible and will work with you on a special concept or idea for your group.

NUMBER OF ATTENDEES
We can hold a party for 20 students. A total count of confirmed attendees must take place at least the night before the party so that we can prepare set up.

REFRESHMENTS
You may bring food and beverage but must be responsible for all your own paper products and needs for serving food.

TIME REQUIRED
The time that you will need for a Party must be discussed based on the project and if you are having refreshments and or opening gifts.

AVERAGE COST
The average price for bracelet is 8.00 and necklace is 15.00. This I includes a variety of crystals, lamp work beads, pearls, seed beads, findings and one pendant or a couple charms.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Ages 5-13 –Party Princess gets a play crown and a beautiful Swarovski Crystal Cut Baroque pendant. Each time you shop at BOAF and spend $10.00 after ward you will get a free Swarovski crystal to collect and build onto your pendant.

Ages 13-20 – Party Princes gets a beautiful Swarovski Crystal Cut Pendant and each time you shop at BOAF and spend 10.00 after ward you will get a free Swarovski Crystal to collect and build onto your pendant.

Ages 21 and up (Ladies Night Out Groups) – Hold a party of 7 more attendees and get a free pair of crystal earrings.

Organizational Groups and Team Building - Please Call to discuss further arrangements for your party to be held at Beads Of A Feather or Off Site.

Parties can be booked on closed dates

Kutztown Store Hours - , Wed,Thurs, Fri, 12:00pm-7:00pm. We will be open on Monday if there are class sign ups so please call. See Calendar to note that we have classes listed and call. You need not take a class to shop!  

We will be here until 9:00 if we are holding a class. Call 610-683-7020 if you plan on coming in after 7:00pm. Sat: 10:00 am to 5:00pm and Sun: 12:00pm to 5:00pm.  

East Greenville Store Hours - Wed, Thur, Fri 12:00 -7:00 will be here until 9:00 if we are holding a class. Call 215-679-2295 if you plan on coming in after 7:00pm. Sat: 10:00 am to 5:00pm and Sun: 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
